1. Roll the sweet dough pastry to 3mm thick. (pic 1) 把甜面皮杆成3毫米厚片。(图1)
2. Spread the pineapple jam on the upper half of the rolled sweet dough. (pic 2) 然后把半张面皮涂上黄梨酱。(图2)
3. Fold the top and bottom towards the centre. Flip the dough to another side and repeat the process of spreading the jam and folding the dough towards the centre. (pic 3-4) 把上下端的面皮褶向中央位置。把面皮反转,然后同样涂上黄梨酱,再褶往中央。(图3-4)
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into slices of 5mm.(pic 5) 收入冰箱1小时后把它切成5毫米厚片。(图5)
5. Bake at 155℃ for 12 minutes or till golden brown.(pic 6) 放入烤炉以155℃烤12分钟或至金黄色即可。(图6)
