B: ½ cup pineapple juice / ½杯凤梨汁 1 tabsp dark soya sauce / 1汤匙老抽 1 tabsp oyster sauce / 1汤匙蚝油 salt,pepper to taste / 少许盐,胡椒粉
½ tabsp tapioca flour / 1/2汤匙茨粉 ½ cup water / ½杯水 oil for frying / 油适量
Method
1. Marinate chicken with A for 30 mins, heat plenty oil, deep fry chicken pieces till cooked, leave aside. 用A料把鸡块腌30分钟,烧热油,把鸡炸熟备用。
2. Leave 2 tabsp oil in kuali, fry onions and chillies, add pineapples and chicken, add in B, cover and cook for 5 mins. Thicken with tapioca flour mixture. 锅内留约2汤匙油,爆香洋葱和辣椒,加入凤梨和鸡炒匀,再加B调味,加蓋焖5分钟,再用茨粉水勾芡便可。
