Ingredient and Portion
Skin ingredients/皮料:
A:120g golden syrup / 糖浆120克
1 tsp soda bicarbonate / 硷水1茶匙
30g oil / 油30克
allpurpose flour 15g / 面粉15克

B:160g all-purpose flour (sifted) / 面粉160克
milk powder 1tbsp / 奶粉1汤匙

Filling ingredients / 馅料:
200g mung bean paste / 豆蓉 200克
20g black sesame powder / 黑芝麻粉 20克
15g peanut oil / 花生油 15克
20g Gua Zhi / 瓜仁 20克

Glaze ingredients / 涂皮料:混合
2 tbsp evaporated milk / 淡奶2汤匙
1/2 tsp honey / 蜜糖 1/2 茶匙
Method
1. Mixes all dough ingredients A and set for overnight,fold in ingredients B,knead into smooth dough and rest for 2 hours. Apportion into 35g each and shape roundly.
将皮料A拌匀过一夜后加入皮料B,拌至光滑成团,休面团2小时后分出每份35克,搓圆备用。

2. Mix black sesame powder with peanut oil,and then add in mung bean paste and Gua Zhi;apportion into 12g each and shape roundly.
把黑芝麻粉捞入花生油,然后加入豆蓉、瓜仁搓匀,分出12克1份,搓圆备用。

3. Wrap filling with dough,shape roundly and press into mold,dislodge and bake in pre-heated oven for 7 minutes,remove from oven to cool down,brush glaze on top and return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes,done.
皮料包入馅料,搓圆压入模型再敲出,至全部做好放入已预热180℃的烘炉里,烤7分钟,取出待凉,扫上涂皮料,再回炉烘10分钟即成。
