1. Put oil and chilli paste into Oil-Less Fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until the oil splits. 在空气炸锅里倒入油和辣椒膏和煮大概10分钟,或油与辣椒完全分离。
2. Add blended ingredients and cook for another 12 minutes. 加入搅拌均匀的香料和再煮20分钟。
3. Add evaporated milk, sugar and salt and cook for 5 more minutes. 加入淡奶、糖和盐再煮5分钟。
4. Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cook thoroughly and the gravy thickens. Serve with steamed jasmine rice. 加入鸡肉和继续煮多15分钟或鸡肉已经熟。可以搭配白饭一起享用。
