1.Wash and slice potherb mustard, set aside. 将雪菜冲洗干净切细备用。
2.Heat some oil in fying pan, add in peanut and stir fry in low heat till cooked and fragrant, drain and set aside. 将花生洗净后沥干水分,放入平底锅以少许油及小火炒至香,捞起沥干油备用。
3.Heat sesame oil in wok, saute potherb mustard till dry and fragrant. 在平底锅内热少许麻油,放入雪菜炒至干及香。
4.Toss in seasoning and red chili, fry well. Add in fried peanuts and stir well, done. 加入调味料和红辣椒拌炒均匀,再加入花生捞匀即可。
