Ingredient and Portion
Dough ingredients / 粉团材料
A:
160g glutinous rice flour / 糯米粉 160克
1 tbsp rice flour (mixes well) / 粘米粉 1汤匙(混合拌匀)
2 tbsp sugar / 糖 2汤匙
100g mashed pumpkin / 金瓜泥 100克

B:
60g water / 水 60克
1 tbsp oil / 油 1汤匙

C:
100g sugar / 白糖 100克

Nuts ingredients / 坚果馅料
50g each of toasted walnut and almond / 核桃和杏仁 各50克(烘香)
100g toasted peanut / 花生 100克(炒香)

Syrup ingredients / 糖水材料
100g rock sugar / 冰糖 100克
3 sprigs Pandan leaves / 班兰叶 3片
6 cups water / 水 6杯
3 slice ginger / 老姜 3片
Method
1.Grind nuts in blender and then mix in sugar of ingredients C as filling.
将全部坚果用搅拌机打碎,加入材料C白糖拌匀成坚果馅料。

2.Boil all soup ingredients until sugar dissolved.
煮滚糖水材料至糖溶解备用。

3.Bring ingredients B to boil and mix in all ingredients A, then knead into dough;add in 1 tbsp oil and knead again until smooth;rest dough for 30 minutes.
煮沸60克水,倒入全部材料A,拌匀待温,搓至成团,加入1汤匙油再搓至光滑,静待30分钟。

4.Apportion dough evenly,wrap in nuts filling and shape roundly;boil in boiling water until afloat; serve with syrup.
分出等份包入适量坚果馅料,收口搓圆,至全部做好,煮滚一锅水,放入汤圆煮至浮起,捞起加入煮好糖水享用。
