Ingredient and Portion
5 peaches / 5个桃
1 lemon / 1个柠檬
80 g icing sugar / 80克糖霜
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Peel the lemon. Peel the peaches, cut in quarters and remove the stones.
将柠檬去皮,将桃去皮后切成四份并去核。
2. Juice all the fruit.
将所有水果榨汁。
3. Collect the juice, add icing sugar and mix.
将两种果汁倒在一起,加入糖霜调匀。
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
可以即时或冷冻后才享用。
Tips
Choose seasonal fruits. Peaches can be replaced by pineapples or pears.
请选用当造水果,也可以用菠萝或洋梨代替桃。
