A super simple recipe to do for the kids! Around 6 pieces of pancake are just right for us.

有小朋友的可以试试做松饼
我是那种每次买一罐松饼粉但是每次都用不完的
但是浪费总是不好嘛
这个食谱超级简单(我家里也一定会有的材料),一次就做6片左右,刚刚好
Ingredient and Portion
(A)
Milk 120ml / 牛奶 120ml
Egg / 鸡蛋 1颗
Sugar 50g / 白糖(约4汤匙,如配甜甜的果酱吃建议减到3汤匙)
Vanilla Extract (Few drops) / 香草精 数滴(随意)

(B)
Self-raising Flour 150g / 自发面粉 150克

(C)
Cooking oil or Melted butter 1 tablespoon / 食油 或 溶化牛油 1汤匙
Method
1. Mix the ingredients (A) with food mixer.
加入(A)到搅拌缸里,拌均。

2. Sift the (B) into (A) and mix with a whisk. After that put in (C) and mix it.
筛入(B),用手动打蛋器拌均。加入(C)拌匀。

3. Scoop the batter onto the non-stick frying pan without oil, pan-fry until both sides are golden brown.
加入一匙羹面糊到不沾平底锅(平底锅不需涂油),让面糊自己慢慢摊开成一个圆形,小火煎至两面呈金黄色。

4. Serve hot with maple syrup and butter or jam.
趁热配上枫糖浆和牛油或是果酱享用。
