Ingredient and Portion
3块鸡扒 适量麻油 / 3 pieces chicken chop some sesame oil

Marinade / 腌料
2 tbsp fresh ginger juice / 2大匙 姜汁
1 tbsp "Shaoxing" wine / 1大匙 绍兴酒
2 tbsp sesame oil / 2大匙 麻油
1 tbsp light soy sauce / 1大匙 酱油
1 tbsp oyster sauce / 1大匙 蚝油
1 tsp salt / 1小匙 盐
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder / 1/2小匙 鸡精粉
Method
1. Mix chicken chops with marinade, and marinate for 1 hour.
将鸡扒加入腌料拌匀,腌渍1小时。

2. Heat sesame oil in a preheated pan over a low heat, put in marinated and chicken chop, pan-fry until cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Dish out, serve hot.
镬里慢火烧热适量麻油,加入腌渍好的鸡扒,以慢火煎熟及两面金黄色,盛起,即可食用。
