Ingredients / 材料
200g/1 piece chicken breast / 鸡胸肉 200克/1块
2 tbsp cooking oil / 食油 2汤匙


Marinade / 腌料
2 tbsp chili paste / 辣椒糊2汤匙
1 tsp light soy sauce / 酱油/生抽 1茶匙
1 tbsp sugar / 糖 1汤匙
Method
Preparation /准备工作
1. Rinse chicken breast and cut into small pieces.
鸡胸肉洗净,切小块。

2. Combine Marinade with chicken breast. Marinate for 5 minutes or overnight.
鸡胸肉和腌料拌匀。腌制5分钟或过夜。


Method / 做法
1. Heat up cooking oil in a wok, add marinated chicken pieces.
油入锅烧热,放入腌好的鸡肉块。

2. Pan-fry the chicken over low heat until thoroughly cooked and the sauce is dried. Serve.
小火煎至鸡肉熟透和干汁即可。
