Topping 3 cloves garlic (minced) / 大蒜(剁细碎) 3瓣 100g dried shrimp / 虾米 100克 some chopped spring onion / 青葱粒 少许 1 red chili (diced) / 红辣椒(切丁)1条 100g fried shallots / 炸葱 100克
Method
1.Stir-fry diced yam with oil till fragrant. Add in Ingredients B and keep on stirring till mixture thickens. Pour into greased mould and steam for 30 minutes. 用油将芋头丁炒香,加入材料B并不停地搅煮至混合物变浓稠。将混合物倒入已抹油的模型内,蒸30分钟。
2.Stir-fry dried shrimp and minced garlic till fragrant. Remove and mix well with the remaining Topping Ingredients. Sprinkle over steamed Or Kueh before cutting into pieces and serve. 把虾米和蒜米炒香,取出后与其余上层材料混合均匀。最后,撒在蒸好的芋头糕上,即可切块享用。
