1.Mix glutinous rice with coconut milk, and steam over high heat for 30 minutes. Set aside.
2.Filling: Stir-fry Filling A with oil till fragrant, add in Filling B, and continue to stir-fry for a while. Add in Seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
3.Spread 2 tbsp of glutinous rice from Method 1 in the center of a small piece of banana leaf, add some filling on top and roll it up to form the shape of a small tube. Secure both ends with toothpicks. Repeat till glutinous rice and filling have all been used up.
4.Grill or pan-fry glutinous rice rolls till banana leaves are slightly burnt.
