Nasi ulam in Malaysia consist of cold boiled rice that is mixed with shredded herbs.This dish is a feature of Malay cuisine with many variations and is commonly found in Malaysia.

Ingredient and Portion
1 tbsp sambal belacan / 叁拉煎 1汤匙
2 bowls cooked rice / 白饭 2碗
1/2 bowl fried grated coconut / 炒香椰丝 1/2 碗
50g dried shrimp, rinsed and pounded / 虾米(洗净,舂烂)50克
50g salted fish, pan-fried and crushed / 咸鱼(煎香,弄碎)50克
1.5cm fresh turmeric, chopped / 黄姜(切碎)1.5公分
Ulam Leaves (Finely shredded) / 乌南叶(全部切细丝)
1 torch ginger bud / 姜花 1朵
2 stalks lemongrass / 香茅 2支
4 pcs kaffir lime leaves / 疯柑叶 4片
1 pc turmeric leaf / 黄姜叶 1片
3 pcs daun cekur / 沙姜叶 3片
3 pcs daun kaduk / 山佬叶 3片
Method
Combine all Ingredients and Ulam Leaves in a large bowl, mix until well combined.

将所有处理好后的材料和乌南叶放入大碗内,仔细拌匀即可。
