Ingredient and Portion
8 apples / 8 个苹果
2 celery sticks / 2 枝西芹条
1/2 bunch of mint / 半 束薄荷
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Remove any string from the celery sticks by peeling.
将西芹去皮去丝。

2. Cut the apples and celery into pieces. Juice them.
将苹果和西芹切块后榨汁。

3. Collect the juice and mix well. Place the mint in the four glasses and crush them slightly using a spoon.
将各种蔬果汁倒在一起混合调匀,将薄荷放入四个杯,用匙轻轻压碎。

4. Pour the juice into the glasses and serve chilled.
将蔬果汁倒进杯内放入电冰箱,冷冻后即可享用。
Tips
For a different flavour, replace the celery with mooli (also called daikon radish or white radish).
要嚐試新口味的話可以用防風草根(又名大根或白蘿蔔)代替西芹。
