Sauce Ingredients / 酱料: 10g butter / 牛油 10克 10g evaporated milk / 淡奶 10克 2g black pepper crush / 黑椒碎 2克 10g chili sauce / 辣酱 10克 dash of salt, MSG and sugar / 盐,味粉和糖 少许
Method
1. Marinate lamb chop with condiments for 15 minutes. (pic 1) 羊扒拌入腌料,腌制15分钟。(图1)
2. Wash broccoli, cut into florets and then blanch in boiling water until cooked, drain and plating. (pic 2) 把西兰花洗净,切小朵,放到沸水里烫熟,捞出装盘待用。(图2)
3. In a non stick pan, sear lamb chop in high heat for about 3 minutes, dish out and plating. (pic 3) 烧热平底锅,以大火煎羊扒约三分熟后装盘。(图3)
4. Boil all sauce ingredients and marinade sauce in low heat for about 3 minutes, pour over lamb chop to serve. (pic 4) 将所有酱汁材料及腌汁倒入锅内小火煮大约3 分钟后,淋在羊扒上即可。 (图4)
