耐嚼弹牙的牛肉丸做法简单,食用方便,而且是大人小孩都爱吃的料理之一哦。
Ingredient and Portion
(for 4 people / 四人份)

500g Lean Beef Steak / 瘦牛肉牛排 500克
1 level tablespoon Plain flour / 面粉 1汤匙
1 medium size Onion / 中等大小的洋葱 1 粒
1 clove Garlic / 蒜头 1瓣
1 branches Parsley / 香菜 几棵
Salt and pepper / 盐 & 胡椒
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.. Mince the meat on speed 4 with the mincer head fitted with the small hole screen. Put the minced meat and the finely chopped onion, garlic and parsley into the stainless steel bowl.
烤箱预热至 200度,同时可用绞肉机以speed 4来绞碎牛肉,然后把洋葱、蒜头及香菜切碎,之后便把牛肉和切碎的食材放在不锈钢碗里;

2. Fit the mixer and the lid and run for one minute on speed 1. Make walnut-sized balls by rolling a small portion of the mixture between your palms.
把搅拌器准备好便可以speed 1 搅拌食材约1分钟。之后,把牛肉分成如核桃般大小,再用手掌把牛肉揉成肉丸;

3. Place the meatballs onto a baking sheet covered in baking parchment. Put into the oven for 25 minutes. Turn the meatballs halfway through cooking time.
把肉丸放置在铺了烤盘纸的烤盘上,就可以放进已经预热的烤箱里了。进烤箱约25分钟,期间可以稍微拿出肉丸并翻动使其均匀受热。
