Mango are not just eaten the way it is! You can add them in your cooking and it brings the sweetness of the fruit out easily. So fragrant, it helps to enhance the taste of the meat too!
1. Put the minced pork and seasoning into a food blender, blend into paste and sticky. Dish out. 猪肉和调味料放入搅拌器,捣烂成肉漿,並打起胶质,取出。

3. Leave 1 tbsp hot oil in wok to sauté garlic over low heat, add sauce mixture, bring to boil over high heat.
