Want to have Roti Canai as breakfast? You don't need to get one from mamak but can make it at home with few simple steps and little ingredients.

要吃美味煎饼当早餐不用特地去嘛嘛档打包了!只需要几个简单的步骤和一些材料就可以在家自己煎出完美煎饼!

Ingredient and Portion
A
600g plain flour (sifted) / 面粉 600克(过筛)
1 tsp salt / 盐 1茶匙
350ml water / 清水 350毫升

100g margarine / 菜油 100克
Method
1. Mix ingredients A and knead into a smooth dough, divide into 100g each.
将材料A 拌匀, 然后搓至幼滑,分成每份100克。

2. Knead each dough until smooth and rub with margarine. Put into a container and cover for 10hours.
把每粒面团揉至幼滑,后再涂上菜油放入胶盒内,盖着10 小时。

3. Put dough on greased table, pull the dough into a thin layer, fold into half and fold again twice, then flatten.
将面团放在涂了油的桌面上, 拉薄,对折成一半再对折两次然后压扁。

4. Heat up a pan with some oil, pan fry Roti Canai over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
洒油在平底锅内,烧热,放入面饼,用中火煎至两面金黄色即可。
