Ingredient and Portion
300g large King prawns / 300克大明虾
2 stems lemon grass (flatten, finely chopped) / 2支香茅(拍扁,切碎)
1 tbsp butter / 1大匙牛油
3 tbsp cheese powder / 3大匙芝士粉
5 tbsp evaporated milk / 5大匙淡奶
Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt / 1/4小匙盐
1/2 tsp sugar / 1/2小匙糖
1/4 tsp chicken stock powder / 1/4小匙鸡精粉
Method
1. Deep-fry prawns in hot oil over high heat until cooked and golden brown, dish up and drained.
明虾用热油以大火炸熟呈金黄香脆,捞起 ,沥油

2. Melt butter in a preheated wok to saute lemon grass over medium high heat until fragrant. Add cheese powder, evaporated milk and seasoning, stir-fry over medium high heat until the sauce is thick.
镬里烧热牛油,加入香茅碎以中火炒香,加入芝士粉、淡奶和调味料以中火均匀至稍微浓稠。

3. Add the fried prawns, stirring constantly until well combined. Serve hot.
加入炸过的明虾,快速翻炒片刻,即可上桌。
