Ingredient and Portion
(Mousse ingredients /慕斯层)
120g kiwi topping jam / 120克 奇异果酱
120ml milk / 120毫升 牛奶
1 1/2 tsp gelatine powder / 1 1/2小匙鱼胶粉
400g fresh cream / 400克鲜奶油

(Decoration /装饰)
kiwi / 奇异果
kiwi topping jam /奇异果酱
lemon slices /柠檬片

(Utensils / 用具)
8 of 100mI glasses / 8个(100毫升)玻璃小杯
Method
1. Stirring kiwi topping jam, milk and gelatine powder over simmering water until gelatine powder melted. Remove from heat.
将奇异果酱、牛奶和鱼胶粉混匀,隔着沸水不断搅煮至鱼胶粉溶解,离火。

2. Whisk the cream until soft peaks. Fold into kiwi mixture, mix well.
鲜奶油打起至软性,拌入奇异果混合物中成慕斯。

3. Spoon the mousse in the glasses. Frozen until set.
把慕斯分盛在杯子里,冷藏至凝固。

4. Decorate prior to serving.
食用前随意装饰即可。
