1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium heat, sautéing ingredients B, and stirring often until fragrant. Add the finely ground dried chillies & candlenut. 2. Add crabs, water and cook for 10 minutes or until crabs are cooked, adjusting seasonings to taste. (pic 5-6) 加入螃蟹和清水,煮10分钟或至蟹熟,再试味。(图5-6)
3. Just before removing from heat stir in the beaten egg and once it sets, remove to serve immediately. (pic 7) 离锅前倒入蛋液,一凝固就盛出上桌。(图7)
