1. Open and cut the top of drumstick mushroom but keep intact; and then marinate with condiments for 8 minutes. 将鸡腿菇头部切开,不可切断,捞入腌料腌8分钟备用。

3. Coat drumstick mushroom with mixture of spiced powder, then coat with batter and then coat with spice powder again;deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with salad, chili sauce and French fries while hot. 把腌入味的鸡腿菇沾上炸菇粉,再沾上面糊又再沾上炸菇粉,然后用油炸至金黄色即可,配上沙律、辣椒酱及薯条趁热享用。
