1. Open and cut the top of drumstick mushroom but keep intact; and then marinate with condiments for 8 minutes.
2. Combine batter ingredients into adequate thickness.
3. Coat drumstick mushroom with mixture of spiced powder, then coat with batter and then coat with spice powder again；deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with salad, chili sauce and French fries while hot.
