Ingredient and Portion
3 pcs drumstick mushroom / 鸡腿菇(杏鲍菇)3条

Condiments:mixes all / 腌料:拌匀
1 tbsp each of vegetarian oyster sauce & soy sauce / 素蚝油和生抽各1汤匙
1/2 tsp sugar / 糖 1/2 茶匙
1 1/2 tbsp water/ 水 1 1/2 汤匙

Spiced powder:mixes all / 香料炸菇粉:拌匀
40g tapioca flour / 薯粉 40克
1/2 tsp vegetarian stock granule / 素鸡粉 1/2茶匙
25g plain flour / 面粉 25克
1/2 tsp pepper / 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
10g rice flour / 粘米粉 10克
1/2 tsp oregano/ Oregano 1/2茶匙
15g glutinous rice flour / 糯米粉 15克
dash of 5 spiced powder / 五香粉 适量
1/2 tsp salt/ 盐 1/2茶匙

4 tbsp self-rising flour / 自发面粉4汤匙
1 1/2 tsp custard powder / 蛋黄粉1 1/2茶匙
some water / 水适量
1 tbsp oil / 油1汤匙
1. Open and cut the top of drumstick mushroom but keep intact; and then marinate with condiments for 8 minutes.

2. Combine batter ingredients into adequate thickness.

3. Coat drumstick mushroom with mixture of spiced powder, then coat with batter and then coat with spice powder again;deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with salad, chili sauce and French fries while hot.
