话说某一天的午餐,第一次准备了这一道好久没吃的《日式咖喱乌冬面》。我选用的是mildhot的日式咖喱块(忘了记录什么牌子,就是一般在Aeon进口食品部门可以找得到的)。一点都不辣的咖喱汤汁,小小孩不抗拒地吃了好多!在家也可以吃到媲美日本餐馆的日式咖喱乌冬面哦!

Ingredient and Portion
乌冬面 1包
鸡胸肉 1/2件
日式咖喱块 1盒
萝卜 1条
马铃薯 1粒
洋葱 1/2个
蟹柳 3条
鸡蛋 1颗
Method
1。乌冬面放入热水中煮一下,捞起备用。
2。鸡蛋煮成水煮蛋备用 。
图1。将蔬菜类切小块,入锅翻炒
图2。加入鸡丁,翻炒至熟
图3。加入咖喱块
图4。根据包装上的指示,加入2½杯水
图5。搅拌均匀,把汤汁煮沸
图6。加入蟹柳,汤汁开始变浓稠既可以熄火。把汤汁淋在乌冬面上就可以了。
