Ingredient and Portion
100g unsalted butter / 无盐奶油 100克
180g low gluten flour / 低筋面粉 180克
50g icing sugar / 糖粉 50克
1 egg yolk / 蛋黄 1粒
8 tsp salt / 盐 8茶匙
2 tbsp strawberry jam / 草莓果酱 2汤匙
Seasoning
Garnishing
Adequate dark chocolate / 黑巧克力 适量
Adequate chopped almonds / 杏仁碎 适量
Method
1.Soften butter to room temperature. Cream with sugar and salt till fluffy.
牛油放置室温中软化后,加入糖和盐打至松发。

2.Add egg yolk, stir till well combined.
加入蛋黄,搅拌至混合均匀。

3.Add strawberry jam and stir evenly.
加入草莓果酱,搅拌均匀。

4.Sift in flour and knead briefly till it forms a dough.
筛入面粉,搓匀至形成面团。

5.Roll out the dough and rest it in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
把面团擀平,冷藏静止松弛30分钟至1小时。

6.Remove the dough and cut into 5x3cm rectangles.
取出面团,切割成5x3公分长方型。

7.Insert a popsicle stick into the centre of each dough.
把雪糕棒插入面团中间。

8.Trim off the corners of the upper dough.
切下面团顶端两个角。

9.Gently press the corners with your fingers to form an ice-cream shape.
用手指轻压两个角落以呈弧形,制作成雪糕形状。

10.Line a pan with parchment paper. Arrange the cookies on top and pan-fry them over low heat for about 5 minutes. Turn them over and continue to pan-fry for another 5 minutes.
在平底锅铺上不沾纸,放入面团,以小火烤约5分钟, 翻面继续烤约5分钟即可。

11.Melt chocolate over a water bath.
隔水煮溶巧克力。

12.Dip one end of the cookies into the melted chocolate.
把饼干的一半浸入巧克力内。

13.Coat the chocolate evenly with chopped almond.
取出饼干,在巧克力上均匀沾裹杏仁碎。

14.Set aside till the chocolate hardens.
放旁待巧克力转硬即可。


Tips
Alternatively, you can bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
若是使用烤箱,预热后以160℃烤15分钟。
