Ingredient and Portion
(for 6 people / 六人份)

400g cooked chick peas / 鹰嘴豆 400克(用水煮过至软熟)
2 tablespoons lemon juice / 柠檬汁 2汤匙
½ cloves garlic / 半瓣大蒜
A few branches parsley / 几棵香菜
2 tablespoons olive oil /橄榄油 2汤匙
2 tablespoons water / 水 2汤匙
A few pinches ground red pepper / 红辣椒粉 几小撮
Salt / 盐
Pepper / 胡椒
Method
1. Put half of chick peas and all the other ingredients (except the parsley)in the blender. Mix for ten seconds.
把一半分量的鹰嘴豆和其他材料(香菜除外)放进搅拌机,搅拌约10秒;

2. Add the remaining chick peas through the lid in the measuring cap and mix for a further 30 seconds.
把剩余的鹰嘴豆加入,再搅拌约30秒;

3. Garnish with the parsley.
上碟,然后撒上香菜做装饰。
