150g Chinese mushroom / 冬菇150克
15g toasted black & white sesame seeds / 烤香黑白芝麻15克
20g toasted peanut / 烤香花生20克
some corn flour / 生粉适量

Sauce Ingredients / 酱汁材料
2 tbsp honey / 蜜汁酱2汤匙
2 tbsp water / 清水2汤匙
2 tsp sugar / 糖2茶匙
Method
1.Soak mushroom until soften, remove stems and cut into strips.(pic 1)
将冬菇浸水至松软后去掉冬菇丁,然后切成条形。(图1)

2.Heat oil in wok, coat mushroom strips with corn flour and deep fry until crispy.(pic 2)
烧开油,将冬菇条上粉炸脆,捞出备用。(图2)

3.Heat sauce ingredients in wok and thicken with some starch, toss in fried mushroom strips until well coated.(pic 4-6)
烧热锅放入调味料,下少许生粉勾芡后放入炸好的东菇条快速炒拌均匀即可上碟。(图4-6)

4.Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped peanut on top, dish out.
最后撒上芝麻花生碎即完成。
