Step 1: Pour hot water into the gelatine powder and stir, using double-boiling method to make the gelatine melt.
Step 2: Pour milk into pot and add sugar and cook in low heat
Step 3: Turn off the heat, add in gelatine mixture into it and stir well
Step 4: Add in Light cream and stir well
Step 5: Pour the mixture from the pot to a big measuring cup, remember to put a sieve on top to sieve the gelatine that is not well-melted
Step 6: Pour into a nice glass jar, and put into the fridge for 2 hours
