Cookie ingredients：/饼干材料：
180g butter / 180克 牛油
70g icing sugar / 70克 糖粉
100g plain flour / 100克 普通面粉
50g corn flour / 50克 粟粉
100g potato flour / 100克 马铃薯粉
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda / 1/4小匙 苏打粉
Garnishing: /装饰：
ornamental icing /装饰糖霜
180g butter / 180克 牛油
70g icing sugar / 70克 糖粉
100g plain flour / 100克 普通面粉
50g corn flour / 50克 粟粉
100g potato flour / 100克 马铃薯粉
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda / 1/4小匙 苏打粉
Garnishing: /装饰：
ornamental icing /装饰糖霜
Method
1. Sift icing sugar, beat with butter in a mixer until fluffy.
将糖粉过筛，与牛油一起放入搅拌机打发至松白。
2. Sift flour, corn flour, potato flour and soda. Fold into butter mixture potato, mix until forms dough.
将面粉、粟粉、马铃薯和苏打粉过筛，加入牛油混合物中，拌匀成面团。
3. Wrap well the dough and refrigerate for I hour.
把面团包好，存入冰箱冷藏1小时。
4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic paper, about 5mm. Use cutter to cut out heart shapes, place on to the baking tray.
取出面团，放在塑料纸之问，杆薄约5毫分， 用模型切出心形状，排入烤盘里。
5. Bake in preheated oven at 160化for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
盛入预热烤箱烘以160℃烘约15-20分钟，或至金黄色。
6. When cool, decorate with ornamental icing. When the icing was solidification, keep into airtight container.
冷却后，加上喜爱的糖霜装饰，凝固后即可存入密封罐子储存。
