1. Marinate spring chicken with condiments for 1⁄2 hour. 把童子鸡用腌料腌制约30分钟。
2. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. 将烤箱预热至180°C。
3. Heat pan to sear spring chicken until fragrant; and then shift to oven and bake for 15 minutes. (pic 1-2) 平底锅预热,把童子鸡煎至微黄,然后移至烤盘进烤箱烤约15分钟至熟。(图1-2)
4. Blanch brussel sprout and carrot in boiling water for about 3 minutes, drain; deep fry potato until golden brown, drain. (pic 3) 把芥兰胆和萝卜用沸水川烫约3分钟捞起。把马铃薯炸至金黄备用。(图3)
5. Stir-fry brussel sprout, potato and carrot with salt and pepper to taste, arrange on plate with the grilled spring chicken. (pic 4) 平底锅预热,把芥兰胆、马铃薯和红萝卜炒香,加入适量盐和胡椒粉调味,盛盘,摆入烤好的童子鸡。(图4)
6. Heat up BBQ sauce, ready to serve. 把烧烤酱加热淋在烤鸡上享用。(图5)
