Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A:/ 材料A:
150g drumstick mushroom / 杏鲍茹 150克
some bamboo skewer / 竹枝 适量

Ingredients B:/ 材料B:
5g Coriander / 香菜 5克
1 tsp chopped carrot / 红箩卜碎 1茶匙
dash of turmeric powder / 黄姜粉 少许

Condiments:/ 腌料:
1/4 tsp Korean bamboo salt / 韩国竹盐(九烤)1/4茶匙

Batter:/ 面糊:
1 1/2 tsp baking powder / 发粉1 1/2茶匙
30g plain flour / 面粉 30克
5g rice flour / 粘米粉 5克
10g corn flour / 粟粉 10克
dash of salt / 盐 少许
60g water / 水 60毫升
1 tbsp oil / 油 1汤匙

Chili sauce:pounded / 姜味辣椒酱:搅烂
50g young ginger / 子姜 50克
25g red chili / 红辣椒 25克
50g water / 水 50毫升
3 tbsp white vinegar / 白醋 3汤匙
2 tbsp sugar / 糖 2汤匙
1/2 tsp vegetarian granule / 素G粉 1/2茶匙
Method
1.Cut drumstick mushroom into slices;blanch in boiling water,soak in cold water and drain.
杏鲍菇切片,飞水,过冷河捞起滤干备用。

2.Marinate with condiments for 20 minutes and skew with bamboo skewer.
加入腌料腌20分钟,用竹枝串起备用。

3.Mix batter and add in ingredients B;dip mushroom skewer in batter and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with chili sauce.
拌匀面糊,加入材料B,菇串沾上面糊,炸至金黄色即成,享用时,沾上姜味辣椒酱。
