Lamb Marinade / 腌羊材料 dash of salt, black pepper and paprika powder / 盐、粗磨黑胡椒粉、甜椒粉 少许
Sauce Ingredients / 酱汁材料 20g french whole grain mustard sauce / 法国芥末籽酱 20克 20g beef powder(Knorr Brand) / 牛骨粉 20克(家乐牌) 200ml water / 水 200毫升 dash of salt, sugar and black pepper / 盐、糖、粗磨黑胡椒粉 少许
Method
1.Rub the lamb racks with its marinade. 用甜椒粉、盐、胡椒粉,把羊架拌匀腌10分钟。
2.Sear lamb racks with some butter in pan until both sides turns brown. 平底锅加入少许牛油把羊架煎至两面金黄色。
3.Pre-heat oven to 180℃, grill the lamb rack for 10-15 minutes. 烤箱预热至180℃,放入羊架烤大约10至15分钟。(按照个人喜好熟度调整烤箱时间)
4.Sauté zucchini and onion with some butter in a skillet until soften, season with salt and black pepper to taste. 准备平底锅加入少许牛油把意大利黄、青瓜,洋葱和适量盐及粗磨黑胡椒粉调味炒熟备用。
5. Mix mashed potato with some butter, fresh cream, salt and pepper, arrange on serving plate with grilled lamb racks and fried vege. 把煮熟的马铃薯压成泥,加入少许牛油、鲜奶油、盐和胡椒粉搅拌顺滑即可排盘,放入羊架和炒蔬菜。
6. To make sauce: Bring sauce ingredients to boil,keep stiring till gravy thicken, pour on dish and serve. 酱汁做法:用小火将全部酱汁材料煮滚,不停搅拌至浓稠,淋在羊架上享用。
