Method
1. Marinate lamb chop with condiments for 10 minutes. 把羊扒用调味料制约10分钟。
2. Heat skillet and sear lamb chop until fragrant. (pic 1) 平底锅加热,把羊扒煎香备用。(图1)
3. Blanch Zucchini and carrot in boiling water for 3 min¬utes, drain. 把西葫芦瓜和萝卜用热水川烫约3分钟捞起,沥干。
4. Saute Zucchini and carrot in pan until fragrant, season with dash of salt, black pepper and chicken powder. (pic 2) 平底锅加热,把西葫芦瓜和萝卜炒香,加入适量的盐,黑胡椒粉和鸡精粉调味备用。(图2)
5. Mix brown sauce powder with 300ml water, boil in pot, toss in sliced mushroom, and seasonings to taste. (pic 3-4) 平底锅内热少许油,炒香鲜菇,注入黄褐汤煮至滚,加入调味料。(图3-4)
6. Pour sauce over lamb chop, serve together with mashed potato and the saute vegetables. 把酱汁淋在羊扒上即可上桌。吃时配搭马铃薯泥和蔬菜。
