1. Whip the yolks and sugar until pale in colour.(pic 1) 把蛋黄和白糖搅拌至转色。(图1)
2. Whisk the egg white and slowly add in sugar to make meringue.(pic 2) 搅拌蛋白,慢慢加入白糖,搅拌成蛋白霜。(图2)
3. Fold in the egg yolk mixture to the meringue. Slowly fold in dry ingredients B. (pic 3-4) 把蛋黄混合料加入蛋白霜里,然后加入其它B料。(图3-4)
4. Pipe onto silicon paper and bake at 175℃ for 8 minutes till cooked.(pic 5-6) 把材料挤到硅油纸上,放入预热至175°C的烤炉里烤 8分钟或至熟。取出待凉备用。(图5-6)
To prepare Cream Cheese Filling / 芝士奶油馅料做法 Beat the cream cheese till smooth.Add in icing sugar and whipping cream.Continue to beat until smooth.(pic 7-8) 把芝士奶油搅拌至细滑。加入糖粉,继续搅拌至细滑即可。(图7-8)
To assemble / 组合 Pipe cream cheese filling on cooled whoopie and arrange sliced strawberries. Top up with another piece of whoopie and serve. 把芝士奶油馅料挤在棉花派上面,铺上草莓片。盖上另棉花派即可。(图9-10)
