This golden treasure box is full with nutritional values and makes a good dish to serve during festive season too!
这道菜肴就像客家酿豆腐一样,可是这是更考功夫的黄金宝盒食谱。所谓黄金宝盒就是使用日本豆腐配上鸡肉碎和其他材料一起酿成的。经过煎炸后的豆腐更加可口。

Ingredient and Portion
Ingredient A / 材料 A :
2 blocks Japanese tofu 日本豆腐 2条
2 salted egg yolk 咸蛋黄 2粒


Ingredient B / 材料 B :
200g minced chicken meat 鸡肉碎
10g chopped coriander 芫茜茸
10g water chestnut 马蹄茸
10g fried chopped dried shrimp 炸虾米碎
Seasoning
Seasoning A / 调味料 A :
1 tsp chicken powder 鸡粉1茶匙
some sesame oil 麻油少许
2 tsp corn flour 粟粉2茶匙
1/4 tsp salt 盐1/4茶匙
dash of pepper 胡椒粉少许
1 egg white 蛋白1粒

Seasoning B / 调味料 B :
1 bowl water 水1饭碗
1 tbsp oyster sauce 蚝油1汤匙
1/5 tsp salt 盐1/5茶匙
drops of dark soy sauce 黑酱油少许
Method
1. Cut Japanese tofu into half; shape salted egg yolk into diamond.
首先将日本豆腐切一半备用;咸蛋切成钻石状。

2. Heat oil in wok, deep fry tofu with high heat until golden brown and hollow out in center.(pic 1-3)
烧开油,用大火将日本豆腐炸至金黄色,然后挖出一个大洞。(图1-3)

3. Mixes ingredients B with seasoning A and stuff into tofu.(pic 4)
将材料B和调味料A混合,填入豆腐的洞中。(图4)

4. Top with salted egg yolk and steam for 10 minutes.(pic 5-6)
放入钻石状咸蛋在上面蒸10分钟。(图5-6)

5. Boil seasoning B into sauce and thicken with starch.(pic 7)
将调味料B煮成蚝油汁,勾少许芡。(图7)

6. Pour sauce over stuffed tofu and serve.
将已煮好的汁淋在蒸好的豆腐即可上桌。
