1 Hairy gourd / 节瓜 1条
some glass noodles(soaked in water) / 冬粉适量(浸泡)
40g fried chopped garlic / 炸蒜茸 40克
1 tbsp cooking oil / 食油 2汤匙
Seasoning
A:
1⁄3 tsp each of salt /盐 1⁄3 匙
1⁄3 tsp chicken powder / 鸡精粉 1⁄3 茶匙
1⁄3 tsp each of sugar / 糖 1⁄3 茶匙
80g chopped garlic / 蒜茸80克
100ml stock / 高汤100毫升


B:
30g fish sauce / 鱼露30克,
100g soy sauce / 生抽100克,
2 tsp sugar / 糖2茶匙,
50ml water / 水50毫升
Method
1. Hairy gourd skinned and seeded; cut into slices and blanch in boiling water.(pic 1-2)
节瓜去皮去种子切片,放入开水中烫熟备用.(图1-2)

2. Heat oil and saute garlic till fragrant, add in seasoning A and bring to boil, set aside.(pic 3-5)
热少许油爆香蒜蓉,加入调味料A煮至滚捞起备用。(图3-5)

3. Mix glass noodles with seasoning B, place in plate together with hairy gourd.(pic 6-7)
将浸软的冬粉与调味料B拌匀,与节瓜一起排入碟。(图6-7)

4. Steam for 8 minutes, sprinkle seasoning A over and serve.(pic 8)
放入蒸炉蒸约8分钟,淋上调味料A即可上桌。(图8)
