Method
1. Wash and dice all fruits.(pic 1-3) 将所有的水果洗净后分别切丁备用。(图1-3)
2. Trim prawns, devein and blanch in boiling water until cooked, drain and let cool.(pic 4) 把大虾剪须去肠后洗净,烫熟捞起。(图4)
3. Shell the prawns but keep head and tails intact.(pic 5) 然后把虾身的壳剥除,保留虾头和虾尾。(图5)
4. Mixes all fruit cubes in a basket, top with cooked prawns.(pic 6) 取篮子把水果粒混合排好,再把烫熟的虾仁排围在水果上。(图6)
