Ingredient and Portion
300g Chicken Wings, trimmed, cut to pieces on the joints / 300克 鸡翅,清洗干净,剪成两段
2 tablespoons Vinegar / 2汤匙 醋
2 tablespoons soy sauce (Liquid Aminos) / 2汤匙酱油
2 cloves garlic crushed / 2粒 蒜米碎
1 bay leaf / 1 月桂叶
1 teaspoon peppercorns crushed / 1茶匙 胡椒碎
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder / 1/2茶匙 辣椒粉
Method
1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate the chicken wings for at least an hour to overnight.
将所有材料放在盆中以腌制鸡翅,大概1小时以上或隔夜。

2. Preheat Philips Airfryer to 160C, then airfry the chicken wings for 8 minutes on 160c, followed by 4 more minutes on 180C. Serves hot.
预热空气炸锅至160度,然后让鸡翅炸大概8分钟,然后转至180度,再炸多4分钟。

3. Without the Philips Airfryer, you could opt to bake in the oven or saute/fry in pan.
如果没有空气炸锅,可以使用烤炉烤至熟。
