250ml fresh milk / 鲜奶250克
300g pumpkin / 南瓜300克
1 tsp honey / 蜜糖1茶匙
some ice cubes / 冰粒适量(随意)
Chia seed / 少许奇亚籽(Chia seed)
Method
Wash and remove seeds of pumpkin, steam in high heat with skin until softened. Shift the flesh to blender; blend with fresh milk and honey until smooth. Serve with ice cubes and Chia seed.(pic 1-4)
将南瓜洗干净,去籽,连皮放入蒸锅以大火蒸至熟软盛起,取肉,放入搅果汁机,加入鲜奶及蜜糖搅打成幼滑的南瓜汁,倒入杯内加冰粒及奇亚籽饮用。(图1-4)
