1/4 tsp salt / 盐 1/4茶匙 1 tsp vegetarian stock granule / 素G粉 1茶匙 dash of sesame oil and pepper / 麻油和胡椒粉 少许
Method
1. Frozen tofu in fridge for over-night until hardens. 将豆腐放入冰箱,冷冻过夜至结冰。
2. Defrost harden tofu, squeeze off water and tear into small pieces. 把冻豆腐从冰箱里取出,解冻后榨干水份,抓碎备用。
3. Saute ginger in wok with some oil, add in Chinese mushroom, add in other ingredients B and tofu; stir-fry until fragrant; lastly toss in pumpkin seeds,stir to mix and dish out. 热油,爆香姜茸,加入冬菇炒香、放入其余材料B和豆腐碎,最后加入瓜仁炒匀即可上碟。
