Method
1.Wash chicken whole leg and cut slits on the surface. 将鸡腿洗净,在皮上面划两刀。
2.Marinate chicken whole legs with chopped garlic, onion and marinades. 准备大碗将鸡腿、洋葱碎、蒜茸和腌料充份搅拌均匀。
3.Keep in fridge for 2 hours. 放进冰箱腌制2小时。
4.Pre-heat oven to 200℃, grill the chicken whole legs for about 30 minutes; remove from oven, top with garnishing and serve. 以200度预热烤箱,将腌制好的鸡腿送进烤箱烘烤大约30分钟,取出装饰后即可马上享用。
