Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients / 材料
4 chicken whole leg / 鸡全腿 4只
1 onion(chopped) / 洋葱 1粒(切碎)
2 tbsp chopped garlic / 蒜茸 2汤匙

Marinades / 腌料
3 tbsp capsicum powder / 灯笼椒粉 3汤匙
1 tsp each of pepper / 胡椒粉 1茶匙
1 tsp chicken powder & salt / 鸡精粉和盐 各1茶匙
1/2 tbsp honey / 蜜糖 1/2汤匙
1/2 tsp MSG / 味精素 1/2茶匙
2 tsp western herbs mixture / 西式混合香料 2茶匙
1 tbsp L&P sauce / L&P酱料 1汤匙
1 tbsp H&P sauce / H&P酱料 1汤匙
3 tbsp red wine / 红酒 3汤匙

Garnishing / 装饰
some lettuce / 生菜
cucumber and cherry tomato / 黄瓜和樱桃小番茄
Method
1.Wash chicken whole leg and cut slits on the surface.
将鸡腿洗净,在皮上面划两刀。

2.Marinate chicken whole legs with chopped garlic, onion and marinades.
准备大碗将鸡腿、洋葱碎、蒜茸和腌料充份搅拌均匀。

3.Keep in fridge for 2 hours.
放进冰箱腌制2小时。

4.Pre-heat oven to 200℃, grill the chicken whole legs for about 30 minutes; remove from oven, top with garnishing and serve.
以200度预热烤箱,将腌制好的鸡腿送进烤箱烘烤大约30分钟,取出装饰后即可马上享用。
