A prefect choice in this kind of hot weather, easy to cook and nice to digest. Try this when you are sick of having pork congee or fish congee everyday.

大热天气,不想吃饭,可以吃粥,容易消化之余又容易做。当你已经吃腻了猪肉粥,鱼粥等,那不如来一碗花蟹粥。
Ingredient and Portion
For 2 persons / 两人分量:

2 Flower Crabs / 花蟹 2只
1 Chicken Drumstick / 鸡腿 1只
Rice Grain / 米
Shredded Ginger / 姜丝
Chopped Spring Onnion / 青葱花
Salt / 盐
Sesame Oil / 麻油
Chinese Cooking Wine / 昭兴酒
Method
1. Wash crabs until they are clean. Bring a pot of water and season with Chinese cooking wine, ginger and spring onion until to boil. Turn off the fire and put in the crabs, leave it for 15-30 mins.
先把花蟹清洗干净,然后煮一锅水,放入昭兴酒、姜和葱,水热后,熄火,放入花蟹,腌制15-30分钟
2. Put the chicken drumstick to another pot and boil it until aromatic. Remove drumstick from the water, set aside.
然后再煮一锅水,放入鸡腿,滚至出味,然后把鸡腿拿起来。备用

3. Add rice grain into the pot of step(2) to cook.
倒入米煮至绵绵的感觉

4. When the rice is cooked then add crabs, shredded ginger, salt and sesame oil.
然后放入花蟹、姜丝和麻油

5. Bring the rice with crabs to a boil.
开大火滚至花蟹熟就可以了

6. Add remaining spring onion, serve hot!
拌入青葱花,就可以慢慢享受了
