Ingredient and Portion
2 pineapples / 2 个菠萝
4 carrots / 4 条胡萝卜
150 g strawberries / 150 克草莓
4 Clementine / 4 个柑橘
4 apples / 4 个苹果
1 litre water / 1 公升水
Method
1. Cut the tops off the pineapples and cut in quarters. Cut off the peel, remove the core and cut into pieces. Clean and peel the carrots. Wash and hull the strawberries. Peel the clementine. Wash the apples and cut into pieces.
菠萝切去两端后切成四份,去皮和去芯后切块。将胡萝卜洗净去皮,草莓洗净去蒂,将柑橘剥皮,苹果洗净后切块。

2. Juice all the fruit and vegetables, alternating the pineapples and carrots.
将各种蔬果跟菠萝和胡萝卜交替榨汁。

3. Collect the juice and mix it. Chill. Pour the juice into four glasses and serve chilled.
将各种果汁倒在一起,混合调匀后放入电冰箱冷冻。冷冻后可以分成四杯饮用。
Tips
This juice is just as delicious if you replace the 2 pineapples with 3 mangoes. Remember to peel and stone them before juicing.

用3个芒果代替两个菠萝同样美味,但紧记榨汁前要先去皮和去核。
