Ingredient A / 材料 A : 125 g melted butter 溶解牛油125克 180g condensed Milk + 1 tsp Vinegar 炼奶180克+1茶匙醋
Ingredient B / 材料 B : 200 g plain flour (sifted) 普通面粉200克(筛过) 1 tsp baking powder 发粉1茶匙 1/2 tsp baking soda 苏打粉1/2茶匙 125 ml fresh orange juice from 1 large orange 鲜橙汁125毫升 1 tsp orange oil / essence 橙味香精1茶匙 orange zest from one orange 1粒橙(取皮茸)
8” round cake pan or loaf pan 8寸圆形蛋糕盆
Method
【Method】 1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Grease and dust an 8” cake tin or loaf pan. 把烤炉预热至180℃;蛋糕盆涂油。
2. In a wide bowl, add butter and condensed milk, beat for 1 minute.(pic 1-3) 把牛油与炼奶混合,搅拌1分钟。(图1-3)
3. Fold in sifted flour, baking powder and baking soda.(pic 4) 加入面粉,发粉及苏打粉。(图4)
4. Add the juice, zest, orange essence or oil and mix it well. 加入橙汁,橙皮茸及香精,搅拌均匀。
5. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 30-35 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean, remove the cake from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.(pic 5-7) 把面糊倒入蛋糕盆,放入烤炉烤30-35分钟,以竹签插入测试熟度,以不沾物为准,然后让它冷却5分钟。(图5-7)
6. Invert the cake on a wire rack and allow it to cool completely.(pic 8) Cut into thin slices and serve with tea. 把蛋糕倒扣出来待完全冷却后才切片吃。
