1. Dip tofu into egg white and into corn flour. Place it on top of the snacking device that's been placed into Oil-Less Fryer. Pour a spoon of grape seed oil and cook for 7 minutes or until golden brown, take out and place aside. 将鸡蛋豆腐沾上蛋白和玉米粉里。然后放在无油空气炸锅里。倒入葡萄籽油和煮大概7分钟或至金黄,取出待用。
2. Place ginger, garlic, leek, sesame oil and a spoon of grape seed oil into Oil-Less Fryer and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Add in oyster sauce and cook for another3 minutes. 将姜、蒜米、大蒜、麻油和1汤匙葡萄籽油倒入无油空气炸锅煮大概3分钟或至金黄。加入蚝油和再煮3分钟。
3. Add in mushroom and half a cup of water. Cook for another 7 minutes. 加入菇类和半杯水。再煮大概7分钟。
4. Add in salt, white pepper and chilli flakes. 加入盐、白胡椒份和辣椒粉。
5. Mix a tablespoon of corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water and add the mixture into Oil-Less Fryer. Cook till the sauce thickens. 玉米粉和两汤匙的水搅拌均匀和慢慢倒入无油空气炸锅里。煮至浓稠。
6. Add the tofu and let it cook for another 3 minutes. 加入豆腐和再煮多3分钟。
7. Garnish with spring onions and serve. 最后加入青葱和可上碟。
