Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients A
100g plain flour / 面粉 100克
50g cake flour / 低筋面粉 50克
40g custard powder / 吉士粉 40克
4 eggs / 鸡蛋 4粒
210g castor sugar / 幼糖 210克
100ml melted margarine/ corn oil / 溶化玛芝琳/玉米油 100毫升

Ingredients B
2 tbsp evaporated milk / 淡奶 2汤匙
1 tbsp honey/ treacle / 蜜糖/黑蔗糖浆 1汤匙
1 1/3 tsp baking powder / 发粉 1 1/3茶匙
1/3 tsp soda bicarbonate / 小苏打 1/3茶匙



Method
1.Whisk eggs. Gradually add in sugar and continue to whisk till white and fluffy. Set aside.
先打发鸡蛋,分次加入糖,然后打发至松白,待用。

2.Sieve the flours and custard powder together and divide the flour mixture into 3 portions. Fold flour mixture one portion at a time into the egg mixture from Method 1. Cover batter and set it aside to rest for 1 hour.
将所有粉类过筛,并分成3份,然后分次拌入做法1的鸡蛋混合物中,混合均匀。将面糊盖好,搁旁静置1小时。

3.Mix Ingredients B together and stir into the batter. Add in melted margarine, mix well, and steam batter in small cups for 30 minutes.
将材料B混合均匀,然后拌入已静置的面糊中,加入溶化玛芝琳拌匀。最后,将面糊倒入小杯子内,蒸30分钟即可。
