Ingredient and Portion
500gm crabmeat, boiled / 500克 螃蟹肉,煮熟
A sprig of fresh coriander, chopped /小枝 新鲜香菜
2 red chillies, seed removed, chopped / 2个红辣椒, 除籽,切碎
8 cloves of garlic, chopped / 8瓣蒜米,切碎
3 eggs / 3粒 鸡蛋
1 tablespoon corn flour / 1 汤匙 玉米粉
1/2 teaspoon white pepper / 1/2 茶匙 白胡椒粉
1 teaspoon iodized salt/ 1茶匙碘化食盐
1 tablespoon grape seed oil / 1汤匙 葡萄籽油
8 pieces whole wheat crackers, crushed / 8片 全麦包,压碎
5 crab shells, cleaned / 5 个螃蟹壳,清洗
Method
1. Whisk eggs with corn flour. Add garlic, chillies, coriander, salt and pepper.
加入玉米粉与鸡蛋一起打发。倒入蒜米、辣椒、香菜、盐和胡椒粉。

2. Add in crab meat and gently mix it.
加入螃蟹肉和搅拌均匀。

3. Pour mixture onto crab shells and sprinkle a spoon of crushed crackers on top.
把搅拌均匀的螃蟹肉酿在螃蟹壳里,然后用一汤匙全麦包碎加在蟹肉上。

4. Drizzle a bit of grape seed oil.
加入一些葡萄籽油。

5. Place crab shells on Oil-Less Fryer and cook for 25 minutes.
把酿好的蟹壳放入无油空气炸锅煮大概25分钟。
Tips
- Grape seed oil is much healthier than the normal oil. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-histamine, anti-aging, anti-allergic, antimicrobial and adaptogenic activity.
葡萄籽油比正常的油更健康。它具有抗炎,抗氧化,抗组胺,抗老化,抗过敏和抗微生物等。

- Crab is a type of seafood that has lower risk of mercury. It is a good source of vitamins A,C and B vitamins including B12, as well as minerals like zinc and copper. It is also a source of selenium, which may help to prevent cancer.
螃蟹是众多海鲜里其中拥有底水银的。同时拥有维生素A、C和B包括B12,还有矿物质如锌和铜。还有拥有非金属元素,可预防癌症。
