有别于一般传统的汤圆,这个汤圆食谱搭配了沙谷和龙眼,绵绵的沙谷和甜甜的龙眼,今年就煮不一样的汤圆,就不会闷啦!

Ingredient and Portion
Sago ingredients / 沙谷材料
100g big sago / 大粒沙谷米 100克
5 sprigs Pandan leaves (blend with 300ml water and obtain juice) / 班兰叶 5片(加300克水放进研磨机打烂成汁)

Longan syrup / 龙眼糖水
250g dried Longan / 龙眼干 250克
2.5 liters water / 水 2.5公升
4 sprigs Pandan leaves / 班兰叶 4片
150g sugar / 糖 150克
10 pcs water chestnuts (skinned and cut slices) / 马蹄 10粒(去皮,切片)

Method
Method for sago / 沙谷做法
1.Soak sago and drain;and then soak in Pandan juice for over-night.
沙谷米浸水,沥干水份,加入班兰叶汁水浸泡隔夜。

2.Boil 2 liters water,pour in sago and cook in medium heat until transparent;dish out and soak in cold water.
煮滚2公升的水,倒入沙谷米,以中火煮大约20分钟至透明,捞起浸入冷水中。

3.Drain sago and ready for use.
捞起沥干水份,待用。

Method for syrup / 糖水做法
1.Bring all ingredients to boil and then simmer in low heat for 10 minutes.
将全部材料放入锅里煮滚,转小火煮十分钟离火。

2.Place some sago in serving bowl,pour in Longan syrup and serve.
准备碗,加入适量沙谷粒,再淋上龙眼糖水即可享用。
