Ingredient and Portion
150g vegetarian chicken / 150克 素鸡/香酥鸡
150g watercress / 150克 西洋菜
4 water chestnuts (peel, cubed) / 4粒 马蹄(削皮,切块)
30g carrot (peel, cut into pieces) / 30克 红萝卜(削皮,切角)
2 red dates / 2粒 红枣
1 tbsp wolfberry / 1大匙 构祀
600ml boiling water / 600毫升 沸水
Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt / 1/2小匙 盐
1/2 tsp mushroom stock powder / 1/2小匙 香菇精
Method
1. Rinse the watercress and sectioned, blanch it in boiling water for a short while. Dish out and drain.
西洋菜洗净后切段,放入沸水中,大火汆烫一会(焯水),盛起,沥干水份。

2. ln a double-boiler, add in vegetarian ingredients, add the boiling water and chicken, watercress and the rest of cover up.
将素鸡、西洋菜及其余材料放入炖盅内,注入沸水,盖上。

3. Double-boil in a preheated steamer over low heat for 11/2 hours, add in seasoning, mix well. Serve hot.
盛入预热蒸炉,慢火炖1 1/2小时,加调味料拌匀,即可。
