Ingredient and Portion
65g white sugar / 65克 白砂糖
55g brown sugar / 55克 黄砂糖
76g unsalted butter/ 76克 无盐牛油
¼ tsp vanilla essence / ¼茶匙 香草精
1 egg / 1 鸡蛋
43g plain flour / 43克 面粉
18g cocoa / 18克 可可粉
1/8 tsp baking Powder / 1/8茶匙泡打粉
pinch salt / 少许 盐
¼ cup walnuts, chopped / ¼杯 核桃,切碎
3/4 cup whole walnuts, toasted / ¾杯核桃全颗, 烤香
Caramel sauce / 焦糖酱
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
预热烤炉180℃。烤盆上放上烤盤紙。

2. In a mixer, blend melted butter with white and brown sugar.
把融化了的牛油、白砂糖和黄砂糖放进搅拌器一起搅拌。

3. Add in vanilla essence and eggs. Blend well on slow speed.
然后加入香草精和鸡蛋,用慢速度搅拌。

4. In a separate bowl, stir together cocoa, flour, baking soda and salt.
在另外的一碗拌入可可粉、面粉、泡打粉和盐。

5. Fold into batter and mix well. Ensure all ingredients are evenly combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
搅拌成面糊。所有的材料应搅拌均匀。拌入核桃。

6. Pour batter into prepared tin. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
将搅拌好了的面糊倒入预备好的模型中。烤35-40分钟或至熟。

7. Garnish with whole toasted walnuts and drizzle some caramel sauce over.
脱模后,放上烤好的核桃和淋上焦糖酱。
