A:
2 pcs mock cod fish / 素鳕鱼2片

B:
1⁄2 canned evaporated milk / 生奶水 1⁄2罐
1⁄2 tbsp margarine / 菜油 1⁄2汤匙
2 stalk curry leaves / 咖哩叶 2束

C:
2 pcs button mushroom (sliced) / 蘑菇 2粒(切片)
1 red chili (cut wedges) / 红辣椒 1条(切角形)
Seasoning
1⁄2 tsp sugar / 糖 1⁄2茶匙
1⁄2 tsp salt / 盐 1⁄2茶匙
1⁄2 tsp vegetarian stock granule / 调味素 1⁄2茶匙
1⁄2 tbsp curry powder / 咖喱粉 1汤匙
1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder / 黄姜粉 1⁄2茶匙
Method
1.Deep fry mock cod fish in hot oil until golden brown, dish out and place on serving plate.(pic 1-2)
镬中烧热炸油,把素鳕鱼炸至金黄色,捞出沥干油后,摆盘。(图1-2)

2.Heat ingredients B and seasoning in a clean wok, bring to boil, simmer for whort while till flavour infuse.(pic 3-4)
另外热锅,放入材料B和调味料煮滚,转小火继续焖煮片刻至香味溢出。(图3-4)

3.Add in ingredients C and bring to boil, dish out and pour over mockfish.(pic 5-6)
最后加入材料C,煮滚淋在素鳕鱼上即可。(图5-6)
